同朋友一直喺尖沙咀留到夜晚,咁梗係一齊食埋夜晚飯啦,同佢兩個傾開,先發現原來大家都好想試吓山林道街尾嘅嗰間BV Kitchen and Bar,次次去到都見到好多人係入面食,而且裏面好似有live music,一決定咗就即刻行過去啦,未到七點去到,啱啱好有枱,真係似五分鐘都要等位啊。餐廳唔算好大,燈光偏暗,好有個種德國酒吧餐廳嘅格調,一坐低左經理就走來介紹一下佢哋最近轉左嘅新餐單,同埋一啲特色嘅雞尾酒。BV Teenage $118邊個經理嘅介紹,我決定飲呢度嘅signature ,呢款飲品係用咗奇異果汁,rum酒,酸蘋果同埋薄荷去調制嘅,係我最愛嘅沙冰,非常重奇異果味,仲有酸酸甜甜嘅蘋果汁,酒味反而唔算好濃,好似佢個名咁樣,好適合冇飲開酒嘅人飲。BV Golden age $118喺呢度嘅另一款signature,但係酒味就濃好多啦,用咗威士忌加蜜糖同蘋果汁,飲落去有少少先甜後苦嘅感覺,因為用咗煙熏味較重嘅威士忌。German sausage Platter $218其中一個朋友無論如何都要嗌腸食,一邊有三四款腸,經理話其實一共有五種,視乎當日會揀三四款嘅,我哋食咗普通味架啦,有一隻

German sausage Platter $218 其中一個朋友無論如何都要嗌腸食,一邊有三四款腸,經理話其實一共有五種,視乎當日會揀三四款嘅,我哋食咗普通味架啦,有一隻非常辣嘅,黑椒味同埋芝士味,我自己就比較喜歡黑椒味同芝士味,即係白色嗰兩款,辣個款呢我就覺得真係太辣啦,我啲朋友食到津津有味,但係我真係頂唔順係咁飲嘢。
BV snack combo $198 分別有炸魚,nachos,洋蔥圈,芝士炸蝦餅,雞翼,雞翼都係有少少辣嘅,只係buffalo但我唔肯定,芝士炸蝦餅切開可以拉絲,但係芝士味又唔算濃,nachos好似唔係好夠脆,而且上面再加多少少芝士就好啦,炸魚裏面嘅魚肉好冧,外脆內軟,而且仲有好香嘅魚味,最值得一提一定係洋蔥圈,洋蔥切得比較厚身,炸醬好薄,炸完之後洋蔥仲係可以保持住佢嘅水份,一脆一爽,非常好食!
Black truffle mushroom risotto $178 呢個真係不得了,一上枱已經聞到好香嘅野菌味,加埋啲黑松露,個肚已經打晒鼓,成個返我諗起碼40%都係菇,而且啲菇好新鮮好夠味,咬落好有口感,每一啖你都會起碼食到一半係菇,個感覺真係好正,意大利飯煮得傳統,唔會林啤啤,咁樣硬身少少先係真正嘅意大利飯!而且佢冇用好多忌廉去煮,唔會話好多汁,搶咗野菌浸味,食落一啲都唔覺得膩,三扒兩撥就俾我地食晒啦。
Slow cook beef cheek $288 牛面頰肉真係唔係度度有得食,所以我哋放棄咗叫牛扒,叫咗牛面頰,識落個感覺有啲似牛腩,非常諗,而且冇乜肥又冇乜筋,感覺上有好多骨膠原,所以其實八安士都夠食。
Roasted salted baby back ribs $168 呢個菜最遲上,因為要等45分鐘,同一般我哋食到嘅BBQ ribs唔同,呢個冇汁既,亦唔似BBQ ribs咁整定左,而係即叫即燒,識落只係有鹹味同埋豬嘅油香味,唔會比燒烤醬搶晒鏡,我覺得好食過黑毛豬添, 45分鐘都係值得等嘅。
飽到不得了,買單每位$500 ,以一間咁多人食嘅餐廳來講,呢種質素真係好抵食,另外要提一提嘅係佢哋有一個結他手駐場唱歌,我覺得佢唱得好好聽呀,一d都唔馬虎,唔會喺度曬技巧,又唔會唱啲好嘈嘅歌,我食過嘅餐廳裏面呢度嘅live music可以排係頭頭!
