今日突然想食燒烤,約好朋友去佐敦燒烤工坊吃。聽人話呢間燒嘢不錯。我哋嗌左秘製海鮮粉絲:海鮮有兩隻大海蝦,大蟹柳,大量花甲,而且好新鮮,小小辣味。粉絲配上秘製麻辣配方,味道好正,麻麻辣辣,好好味。一條鯖魚:鯖魚燒得金黃,好似食緊日料。魚香味濃郁,分量又足。一份雞翼尖:第一次食到燒烤雞翼尖,不過味道都不錯,外皮焦內裡肉還嫩。烤新鮮鮑魚,鮑魚好彈牙,蒜蓉味好突出。豬頸肉好爽口,孜然味好香,每啖都好滿足。師傅手藝好,牛丸和燒賣烤得冇油份,又可以保持本身味道,小小辣又好彈牙。
