To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好味指數🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻🫰🏻服務指數✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻✌🏻🫰🏻約左個好久不見既朋友，實在有太多野好想傾，我地都想搵一個座得舒服既地方，一邊食一邊傾，而且最好唔會太嘈，係App比我搵到一間食四川菜，發現店員好好服務又好友善，我向店員睇睇有乜好介紹，店員好詳細咁有介紹下一啲招牌菜，咁其實我地自己都有心水，於是散叫幾款菜式🫰🏻✌🏻推介一下剁椒蒸魚頭，呢個菜係用魚頭做主菜，魚肉非常之鮮嫩，佢仲係配搭香辣口味同其他調味料造出來，睇佢份量都好重手，魚肉中鮮嫩多汁，食到好好胃田 ✌🏻呢碟川味紅燒肉真係好食喎，主菜係紅燒肉，口感好豐富，肉質又夠軟，而且每一舊都好大舊，唔洗驚唔夠食✌🏻呢個菜青筍炒臘肉顧名思義係用青筍同臘肉一齊去炒出來，完美結合，味道好豐富，炒得好香口，鍾意鹹味同辣味就不能錯過了
