To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去過大概6間唔同嘅五星酒店同其他網紅餐廳試過唔同既港女high tea，暫時最滿意係依間！個人認為CP值高，兩人high tea $500有找，而且每樣都非常好食：佢嘅熱食有磯燒鮑魚、雞軟骨、冬菇同腸仔。每樣都好野味好易入口！冷食方面芒果斑斕蛋糕簡直一流，味道濃郁，口感極佳。另外仲有隔離嘅紅莓朱古力蛋糕都非常好食，配搭好好，每一樣野都好好食，鬆餅唔會話大大嚿，少少哋配草莓醬都好易入口。餐飲方面我叫咗茉莉花茶， refill左幾次都仲有味，可以慢慢嘆茶，仲有海景位，員工服務好好，非常滿意嘅體驗。強烈推介俾大家！
