To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為有海港城半價優惠券,同朋友決定去食温野菜。一去到,門口已經好多人,我地6點等到7點幾先入到去。我地叫左一個和牛湯,一個壽喜湯。和牛湯好清甜,壽喜湯就比較甜少少,但都可以接受。我地叫左2碟牛,一碟豬,牛肉方面,大推薦長崎黑毛和牛,真系好好味,有好牛味,入口即溶。豬方面,鹿兒島豚腩肉都好好味。特別推薦,松葉蟹腳,d肉好清甜,食到停吾到口。我地仲叫左野菜五品盛合,d菜好新鮮,生菜都好甜好爽。豚肉餃子同烏冬都不過不失。環境好好,職員服務都好好,如果有半價,真系會成日去。開心的一個晚上
