To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

鋪頭好細 坐得唔舒服餐廳午市時間四個職員 十張枱以內都做得非常混亂我地四個人都係食菜飯 然後飲品四杯都不相同落單嘅時候職員仲有同我對多次張單但結果都係黎錯曬嘢飲黎左三杯相同我地同職員講佢地黎錯左佢地好似有啲不知所措然後飯又黎左麵(麵係平兩蚊的)最愕然係佢午餐餐牌寫得唔夠清楚令人誤會話說佢有一個餐係酥炸雞翼菜飯一個係口水雞脾菜飯一個係杞子醉雞菜飯我地都以為佢啲部位寫得咁清楚但醉雞就冇寫明咁醉雞可能係胸/翼/背呢啲部位斬好嘅雞件點知黎到 原來佢係四隻醉雞中翼咁既然酥炸雞翼會寫雞翼點解醉雞翼又唔寫呢？雞翼味道偏甜酒味唔重肉質可能因為雪過 比較實正菜飯啲菜比例唔平均我地有兩碗好多菜兩碗好少菜唯一讚係口水雞個醬好食撈飯一流後尾我地再加多一個口水雞擔擔麵share就係因為個醬真係幾好食淨係個醬都夠食兩碗飯擔擔麵就普通 味道偏鹹花生醬味唔重個人覺得菜飯好食啲

點解醉雞翼又唔寫呢？
雞翼味道偏甜
酒味唔重
肉質可能因為雪過 比較實正
菜飯啲菜比例唔平均
我地有兩碗好多菜
兩碗好少菜
唯一讚係口水雞個醬好食
撈飯一流
後尾我地再加多一個口水雞擔擔麵share
就係因為個醬真係幾好食
淨係個醬都夠食兩碗飯
擔擔麵就普通 味道偏鹹
花生醬味唔重
個人覺得菜飯好食啲
