To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日放Lunch.唸唔到食咩好,就轆左下open rice。見到旺記點評好似好正咁。於是就同一班同事去試下。鋪頭不算大,因為我地都係2點後先到,所以客人並不多。提提:下午茶3點後先開始。所以我地食既係Lunch.MEUN有齊晒BREAKFAST、LUNCH、TEA SET可以見到其實選擇並不多。但相望落都幾吸引。見到個餐廳環境以及餐具兜都感覺衛生狀況良好。同事們點左自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯、爽口蝦仁日本滑蛋飯、日本滑蛋叉燒蝦仁雙拼飯。一上臺,望落個份量都唔少,而且賣相唔錯。不過同事話蝦仁雖然大大隻,但無味,所以爭D.我點左個鮮薑汁豬潤鮮雞湯通粉,跟埋個牛油麥包多士同牛奶炒滑蛋。通粉先上臺,可能先見住d飯先上臺,有對比,所以覺得通粉份量並不算多。但加埋個麥包多士與滑蛋都食到飽得撐一撐。先講講個湯,雞湯我就食唔太出。但都重薑味,但不會太辣。豬潤都岩岩好唔會太老。滑蛋真係唔錯。非常滑。but有反d鹽會再好d.多士牛油少左D.飲品叫左杯薑汁奶茶。嗯。第一啖,濃濃個薑汁味。奶茶味偏淡。無糖。總d黎說都ok.

通粉先上臺,可能先見住d飯先上臺,有對比,所以覺得通粉份量並不算多。但加埋個麥包多士與滑蛋都食到飽得撐一撐。
