To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日要跨區工作只要果區有旺記就一定係我嘅早餐點因為佢嘅蕃茄湯底真係好夠濃🤤.灣仔旺角尖沙咀都食過 終於都到鰂魚涌分店喇.我會話呢間係所有食過嘅分店最好因為佢湯底俾得好夠多😂大讚其他分店少到好似撈通粉咁.加左$5要奶油豬灣仔成日賣哂 尖沙咀就淨係茶餐先有旺角又唔夠好食 呢間係烘到恰到好處擺到最後先食都仲係脆身架.因為有bb嘅關係 唯有飲熱檸水如果唔係 佢杯跟餐嘅忌廉即磨咖啡好好飲🥹天氣凍啲嘅話 鮮薑汁奶茶更加正!!!

餐廳細細，坐位不多，桌面和坐位的size比較細，凳像是課室的凳，牆上都掛了幾張本地建築的卡通畫作，細心看畫，會看見有些貓的卡通公仔，相信店主喜歡貓和香港本土特色的東西吧！久不久也會來這店食早餐，早餐點沙嗲牛肉雞湯公仔麵（$45）配牛油多士，4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋，跟餐飲。會重覆來是因為對比較一般茶餐廳，這店雖小但比較乾淨企理，沙嗲牛肉入味夠熱，公仔麵煮得軟硬適中，奶茶香濃。這店是用心做食物，不求其。

📍旺記冰室自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯$60呢個滑蛋飯係好大碟飯底本身都多，然後成個滑蛋Cover成個飯叉燒份量都幾多件，不過切得比較薄身，冇咩咬口叉燒係比半肥瘦，唔會好韌好難咬開不過蜜味唔算好重另外呢個日式滑蛋好加分真係炒到好滑，仲有少少流質，送飯一流👍🏻再加配旺記秘製甜豉油真係好好送飯令到滑蛋同埋叉燒甜味提升

上星期帶同事到旺記食著名的叉燒滑蛋飯，想不到他一試愛上，今天又跟他再到旺記冰室。來到旺記當然要點叉燒滑蛋飯。滑蛋真的很嫩滑，叉燒正常水準，配上甜豉油，味道很夾。值得一提是加了大大粒葱花，令整碟飯都增添了香味。這次留意到原來餐廳掛著幾幅壁畫，是可愛的動物加上香港的特色風景，有懷舊冰室、叮叮街景，還有附近出名的鰂魚涌怪獸大廈海山樓，可愛得很！今天到餐廳時大約是12點，幸好我們入座的時間還早，不用等位，埋單離開時餐廳門外行人路企滿一堆等位的打工仔們，非常誇張。
