To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時食開佢蝦仁叉燒滑蛋炒飯同豬潤通粉，今次想試下新嘢，因為唔食番茄，侍應姐姐好好人揀個平餐畀我轉午餐肉粒雖然得幾粒午餐肉但勝在厚切！然後你睇到佢層皮夠脆，但就要拿拿臨拎返起否則就會浸淋咗！雞湯同通粉就正常水準發揮！而滑蛋我雖然都好味但我個人就覺得太過生，我鍾意略為再熟多少少就會更好啦！最後梗係要搭返杯絲襪奶茶，我最鍾意係佢保留到舊式奶茶（曝露年齡系列😆）嘅茶澀味，仲有after taste 嘅果個奶茶甘香味，真係唔係間間都做得返，所以嚟親食都必點啊！

話說上星期喺第二度叫左個通粉，體驗麻麻今日決定嚟食返旺記的火腿鮑魚絲通粉，都有一段時間冇嚟食了無論多士，炒蛋，通粉，咖啡整體都做得好好，開左咁多年都無失水準，其實都好難得😋記憶中呢度叉燒炒蛋飯好好味，下次中午或夜晚先叫

今日要跨區工作只要果區有旺記就一定係我嘅早餐點因為佢嘅蕃茄湯底真係好夠濃🤤.灣仔旺角尖沙咀都食過 終於都到鰂魚涌分店喇.我會話呢間係所有食過嘅分店最好因為佢湯底俾得好夠多😂大讚其他分店少到好似撈通粉咁.加左$5要奶油豬灣仔成日賣哂 尖沙咀就淨係茶餐先有旺角又唔夠好食 呢間係烘到恰到好處擺到最後先食都仲係脆身架.因為有bb嘅關係 唯有飲熱檸水如果唔係 佢杯跟餐嘅忌廉即磨咖啡好好飲🥹天氣凍啲嘅話 鮮薑汁奶茶更加正!!!

餐廳細細，坐位不多，桌面和坐位的size比較細，凳像是課室的凳，牆上都掛了幾張本地建築的卡通畫作，細心看畫，會看見有些貓的卡通公仔，相信店主喜歡貓和香港本土特色的東西吧！久不久也會來這店食早餐，早餐點沙嗲牛肉雞湯公仔麵（$45）配牛油多士，4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋，跟餐飲。會重覆來是因為對比較一般茶餐廳，這店雖小但比較乾淨企理，沙嗲牛肉入味夠熱，公仔麵煮得軟硬適中，奶茶香濃。這店是用心做食物，不求其。

📍旺記冰室自家製叉燒日本滑蛋飯$60呢個滑蛋飯係好大碟飯底本身都多，然後成個滑蛋Cover成個飯叉燒份量都幾多件，不過切得比較薄身，冇咩咬口叉燒係比半肥瘦，唔會好韌好難咬開不過蜜味唔算好重另外呢個日式滑蛋好加分真係炒到好滑，仲有少少流質，送飯一流👍🏻再加配旺記秘製甜豉油真係好好送飯令到滑蛋同埋叉燒甜味提升
