To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

品穀 #佐敦之前都已經係咁講佢哋嘅麵包bagel真係好好食，今次試埋佢哋嘅曲奇。海鹽焦糖碧根果曲奇 $25無論係口感定係味道都超級豐富。首先面頭有海鹽焦糖，甜得來隱約食到啲鹹味，鹹甜交集得好好。然後碧根果亦都非常脆口。曲奇唔係我哋平時一般食開嘅口感，而係比較似消化餅、合桃酥，非常酥脆，但因為入面仲有cookie dough，所以個口感比一般嘅消化餅合桃酥更加豐富，仲會有啲濕潤。總之，成個曲奇嘅口感味道都好獨特！味道:4.2/5性價比:3.8/5

首先面頭有海鹽焦糖，甜得來隱約食到啲鹹味，鹹甜交集得好好。然後碧根果亦都非常脆口。曲奇唔係我哋平時一般食開嘅口感，而係比較似消化餅、合桃酥，非常酥脆，但因為入面仲有cookie dough，所以個口感比一般嘅消化餅合桃酥更加豐富，仲會有啲濕潤。

總之，成個曲奇嘅口感味道都好獨特！
