今日同一位老朋友同大家嘅老公出咗港島行山。每次行完山都好想食碗熱騰騰嘅米線。由於唔想食啲大路餐廳,於是上網睇吓有無啲人氣小店,發現好多人都推介金西南米線。好!出發!餐廳嘅門面同裝修都好平民化(即係⋯有啲殘舊😅)。正!我最鍾意哩啲咁down to earth嘅舖頭🥳。叫咗個雲南小鍋米線🍜(中辣$29),加腩肉($8)、豬大腸($8)同牛肝菌($8)。係,你無睇錯,係牛·肝·菌!咁特別嘅選擇就梗係要叫嚟試吓啦!米線份量適中,軟硬適中,煮得啱啱好。但湯底有少少🤏🏽失望,略嫌比夠清淡及欠層次,辣味唔夠香,亦未能融入湯底內,酸味亦欠缺。腩肉比較嚡口同硬,如果可以半肥瘦會香啲。豬大腸就唔錯,好香口同淋,食落唔會靭。牛肝菌味道好新奇特別,最初諗住係好似西餐嘅味道,點都無諗過會係醃製帶酸辣味的,口感好滑好軟身,哩個配菜我俾爆趣!值得一試!註:下午茶有飲品送🥤
