經過銅鑼灣突然想食米線,上網search到哩間打開openrice見到好多負評,已經有d想走,但最終入左去試大伏!!!!!!果然d差評唔係假既湯底完全無香味,得酸味,唔辣唔香叫左兩餸:腩肉同豬血,腩肉味道OK既幾好食但豬血真係第一次係米線鋪食到無味既豬血重點:凍檸茶好難飲......糖漿味道亦奇怪小食揀左魚皮,不過不失,份量偏少最搞笑係食緊既時候隔離檯兩個人都係咁鬧,問間米線點解會係銅鑼灣必食教訓:以後見到openrice d差評要信 continue reading

【#思思賢美食推介】 銅鑼灣人氣金西南米線😋必試金獎腩肉酸辣米線!平日約朋友食lunch,作為米線愛好者,網上見到金西南米線重開,就去試試佢~Lunch time都幾多人排隊,不過等咗10分鐘左右就有位喇。酸辣小鍋米線一人餐($68),有兩款餸、小食同埋嘢飲。可以自己揀餸、辣度、米線份量等等,幾好!我揀咗少米線、BB辣、多芽菜、多酸菜。一上枱,嘩!真係好大碗!金獎腩肉好多,食落好嫩滑,肥瘦啱啱好,真係好食!不過魚腐就真係得幾粒,如果多啲就好喇。個酸辣湯底好濃,入面有啲辣肉碎、韭菜、酸菜,酸酸辣辣咁,幾開胃。米線好彈牙,又唔會太粗太幼,吸晒啲湯汁,每一啖都好滿足。我叫咗個手拍青瓜做小食,清爽開胃,同個濃味嘅米線好夾。真心推介金獎腩肉,必點!份量十足,肉質鮮美!個酸辣湯底都好正,唔會太辣,啱晒我。 最正係可以自己揀餸、辣度、米線份量,好貼心!不過,雖然唔使搭枱,但座位有啲窄,好似背對背咁食飯。如果喺附近返工,買外賣返office食舒服啲。總括嚟講,呢間金西南米線裝修後,環境舒服咗,食物質素都keep到水準,CP值高!下次想試吓佢哋嘅涼拌米線! #思思賢美食推介 #銅鑼灣美食 #金西南米線 #米線 #酸辣米線 #金獎腩肉 #香港美食 #相機食先 #吃貨 #foodie #hkfoodie #cwbfood #noodles #spicyfood #hkfoodblogger continue reading

嶄新科技、裝修亮麗、走了美味…係時候哀悼20年嘅風味嘅逝去,記得中學嘅時候有一次同學介紹我嚟金西南食米線,第一次食驚為天人,嗰碗濃郁豬肉湯底、軟硬適中嘅米線、醬爆鯊魚丸、還有人生第一次食就愛上咗嘅豬大腸,自從嗰日開始,中學時代甚至試過一星期食三次都唔覺得厭倦。舖頭由白沙道搬到去登龍街,裝修依然簡約擠迫,每次坐出面都一定要企起身兩次讓人出入,而口音唔正嘅樓面姐姐二十年後依然唔正,但佢依舊咁親切、而米線嘅質素依舊美味,一到下午茶時段甚至大排長龍。今年隨登龍街翻新,舖頭裝修嘅時候甚至上門碰釘,不過作為忠實fans依然默默等待,一開返就立即幫襯。那個以為很先進的手機點餐諸多錯誤,最後還是人手落單,明明跟過去20年點的東西一樣,送上來卻是貨不對辦,明明走了酸,但湯底依然酸得像孕婦才想嘗試的味道;配料變化不大,但價錢就像去半島茶餐廳卻錯誤進了半島酒店。香港人對於通脹基本上見慣不怪,過多357日就會習慣了,可惜那舌頭真的不能忍受這碗寧願在家沖個合味道杯麵,都不想再嘗試的米線。20年的回憶,是時候要埋葬了。 continue reading

我係12:21落單,13:05先出第一碗米線。由坐低到食完1個鐘期間,有4張枱取消張單唔食,有客等左足足一個鐘都無嘢食,亦都有客等左半個鐘黎左碗錯嘅米線。間舖唔算大,期間仲有個樓面阿姐不停巡黎巡去,巡到啲客要不停側身讓佢,但其實啲客都未有嘢食,都無碗你收,請問巡黎做乜?有客同阿姐反映碗米線錯左,阿姐只係一笑置之,無幫佢換返。味道普普通通,唔係一個值得我等成粒鐘嘅咪道。但其實已經等左咁耐,等到嘅人都已經唔太care個味道。 continue reading
