To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

天氣凍最適合就係食一碗熱辣辣嘅面食，呢間舖頭真的為我們帶來驚喜。我們兩個人分別點了兩個套餐，主食選擇了瘋狂豌豆面和瘋狂牛肉麵。兩碗麵的辣度剛剛好，加入配料味道很香很濃，非常之有風味。牛肉煮得很入味，面的口感很好，很有咬勁！小食我們點了一個餃子和一個棒棒雞。餃子普通，但醬汁調得很好。另外，值得一提是他們的飲品和甜點。點了冰糖雪梨水、紅棗銀耳羹；他們都很夠冰，而且不大甜，非常適合不太喜歡甜的朋友👍🏻
