To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🔖特色精緻點心，以為多數好睇唔好食，點知出奇地好吃！各式各樣唔同嘅特色點心都有！茶價$8/位。🍽一籠大滿足$58兩個人叫呢個就岩哂！咩都試下！一籠6款點心，全部都各有特色，除左個包同糯米燒賣一般，其他都幾好食㗎！真·唔喺度度試到！🍽大澳蝦醬鮮魷卷$48一黎到勁濃既蝦醬味！！入口非常酥脆，餡料非常香，啖啖都食到魷魚，鍾意蝦醬嘅必點！味道會較濃。🍽龍蝦汁墨魚燒賣三隻$42咬落去，原來會爆汁⋯燙死人🫢龍蝦汁味唔算重，但口感唔錯，幾好食。🍽黑椒汁金錢肚蒸腸$38金錢肚每舊都好大舊，濃烈嘅黑椒味，底下就係全部腸粉，腸粉就無乜特別。🍽普通擔擔麵（辣）$48呢個名幾好笑😂係咪相比其他咁有特色既點心，所以佢係好普通？？但我覺得都好食，呢個擔擔麵係比較偏辣既擔擔麵，味道夠濃！🍽豆腐布丁$22🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟嘩！呢個好食啊！！！有驚喜！！中間一粒粒既草莓乾酸酸地加上少少熱情果汁配上豆腐布丁，中和左味道，食落更開胃！布丁質感細滑，食丁明顯既豆腐味！好食！
