之前食過一次咁耐咗食物質素同樣好高👍👍~首先梗係要叫一碟叉燒,一上菜就睇得出的確係好貨色。半肥瘦叉燒燒得色澤均勻,唔會過燶,肥瘦比例適中。叉燒嘅蜜汁濃淡適宜,肉質都係軟硬度啱啱好,媽媽畀予好高評價!另外再點嘅燒腩仔都唔錯,肥瘦適中,燒腩皮卜卜脆,腩肉嫩滑有質感😋店員特別推薦嘅油浸筍殼魚, 雖然話油浸, 但竟然冇預期中油淋淋, 筍殼魚開邊經油炸, 油溫掌握得唔錯, 先可以令成條魚炸後超脆而不油, 炸皮薄脆, 魚好厚肉, 骨比較少, 魚質好鮮嫩有魚鮮味, 點上秘製過嘅甜甜地豉油, 提鮮美味。 印象最深刻上一次食過啫啫芥蘭煲好好食🥬,今次再encore! 用肉碎做料,個芥蘭煲夠晒香,又夠鑊氣🔥~
