To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢個清明假復活節假香港好少人，變相飲茶同嘢食上枱都唔使等好耐其實呢種生活先舒服！冇嚟一排其實個Menu都差不多特別想食叉燒，雞蛋腸！想食腸粉又想食叉燒，又鍾意食雞蛋就係一個好選擇！星期六日係記得冇大中細同價好大份好靚仔見到好多雞蛋！食落都有蛋香味，皮厚得來煙煙韌韌，叉燒份量都唔少金錢肚都好新鮮！每次都係穩定地五六件再剪啲蘿蔔，不過今日嘅金錢肚有啲薄同埋細粒呢間海皇漁港同埋隔籬嗰間燒鵝漁港嘅分別就係，星期六日呢度粉麵要加$10 㗎！另一間就加$3同點心一樣不過呢碗白切雞嘅雞係靚嘅走地雞味道，肉質煙靭得來有雞味堆食雞又要求嘅老竇都覺得唔錯潮州粉果就麻麻哋，唔算太大粒得來佢個皮非常之厚，同埋今次偏硬入面嘅料都不多整體舒服，因為人唔多，廁所都乾淨啲！
