To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說呢排都好忙無乜機會自己去食下譚仔，今日一去高發現有驚喜，我之前都會中意點麻辣豬耳食，今次黎見到有麻辣豬肚絲🤤🤤🤤我當然即刻點左一份麻辣豬肚絲，之後仲有豬膶米線麻辣5少，我不嬲中意”米爽”:姐係米線爽啲咁嘅意思😂😂，食辣野當然要叫一杯凍檸茶少甜🤣🤣。譚仔嘅豬膶係不嬲有少準，因為佢唔會”鞋”，佢食落好爽口，同麻辣湯高最match 😍😍麻辣豬肚絲同豬耳比無咁爽口，不過味道高比豬耳濃郁一啲😋😋😋
