To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐未食過啲咁難食嘅嘢

第一次新開去食晚餐嘅時候已經中哂伏個芝士炸雞，啲雞係凍嘅，跟住個三文魚石頭鍋飯呢冇味嘅，落晒汁都冇味。唔緊要，第二次食午餐，仲衰，個海鮮部隊鍋面真係犀利，你攞個扁嘅會裝湯麵都算啦，冇味嘅又係，嗌咗兩碗但好似就係用咗一包湯粉開兩碗咁，跟住又話有自家製嘅泡菜喺入面，去咗邊呀冇喎兩個都冇喎，定係你想講嗰啲好似未煮熟嘅白菜就係泡菜啊？杯咖啡又係唔知做緊咩嘅， 個感覺就好似我用完一杯沖完咖啡嘅樽裏面再裝返清水飲落去一樣。服務員態度差呢啲因人而異，至少我唔覺得員工需要喺人哋用膳緊嘅時候喺隔離大聲傾偈。其實唔係所有嘢整落去大大碗落多啲水落多啲汁就叫好㗎可唔可以改善一下？你公司旗下嘅已經係唔算好食但可以食得落口，但我估唔到你其他嘢係更加差。
