To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. oct 25, 13.......2人來dinner..........共叫咗 :1) 沙律拼盤-細 (hk$48)-從沙律柜內揀來拼2款............其實你都可以每款都拼少少-1款喺irish moss, burdock, cucumber, kelp sprout, soy sauce, rice vinegar.........而另1款就喺鮮果配多色番茄蔬菜-有珊瑚藻,牛蒡同青瓜嗰款很配搭好特別.........亦很有益.......很少喺坊間見到............味道喺比較清淡的-而另1款因為有哈蜜果嘅關係所以會帶甜........個dressing好似喺d醋...........所以整體味道會出d..........個人都鍾意呢個味道多d2) 素漢堡包套餐 (hk$73+$15)-有素漢堡包拼雜菜沙律, 烤薯角同自家製番茄醬-食友+hk$15 upgrade+個湯..........揀咗西蘭花湯-個素漢堡幾暖熱喎.........個包鬆,又夠晒氣孔-料都多,有菇,有蔬菜等...........調味得宜,唔重手........1啖咬落去,有咁多材料,味道豐富-好
