去紅館體show 之前嚟呢度試吓高檔粵菜,興幸中菜可以有貴同好食的選擇。叫咗子薑皮蛋、招牌肥燶叉、鼓油雞例牌、芥蘭炒臘味、杏汁白肺湯、白兔糖奶凍,茶2位叫了雨前龍井同菊花。非常appreciate食物每様細細份,可以試多幾樣又唔會浪費。最欣賞係個炒芥蘭,大部分係幼嫩的菜莖上段,脆口又夠芥蘭獨有的甘甜。叉燒同埋豉油雞係意料之中嘅水準,叉燒一啖一件,半肥瘦好腍,豉油雞上碟時問我哋要唔要加燒味汁,梗係要😋,撈飯一流(不過因為生酮飲食冇叫飯,燒汁點雞皮食)。杏汁白肺湯足料,湯水未及想像中的濃。白兔糖奶凍有創意,中晒本地集體回憶,可惜奶凍個味唔係咁似白兔糖嘅味🤔壺茶一個人真係飲唔晒咁大壺,細壺茶濃就好,有機會再去會叫佢只係斟半壺水。餐廳將傳統粵菜年輕化,走高檔年輕化路線之餘,希望每一台嘅座位有返少少私隱,同埋張凳坐得舒服啲,咁我帶外國/飲食男女朋友去食中菜嘅時候就必定會揀呢間。
