To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友帶我去一家附近沒開多久的店,就成了我去《湯加》的初體驗! 它原來是鱼米家的分支店,專賣湯飯的。在香港不同區已有分店設置。朋友吃過分享了美味經驗,但始終吃東西總会因個人口味,天氣,自己的身體狀況來選當時最想吃的。那天朋友們選了姜絲牛肉湯飯,花生炆蓮藕豬腳飯。餸很多也美味! 我點了自選湯飯:*豬扒: 炸得很香,味道很優,不硬,有肉汁*豬軟骨: 很入味軟滑*冬瓜: 量很多,湯也很大碗*湯: 可選雞湯和魚湯,我選了雞湯*飯: 可選 藜麥飯,三色飯(糙米飯),白飯,米線*加7元配熱飲豬軟骨的汁淋到米線上面,剛好可作撈麵般吃。豬扒當餸,冬瓜湯量很大喝不完。價格不貴,菜的選擇也多,湯飯感覺清爽,適合夏季食用,是一個不錯的用餐選擇!
