To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食牛涮鍋, 見到呢間嘅評語唔錯, 所以黎試下。我地星期二夜晚大約七點左右到, 可能好多人未放工, 所以都有D吉枱, 唔洗排隊。佢有幾個唔同餐揀, 我地諗住第一次試唔食太貴, 所以揀左US特上牛 ($188/位), 包兩款牛肉, 一款豚肉同雞肉。湯底可以揀兩款, 就諗住一個濃D一個淡D, 所以揀左豬骨湯同鰹魚清湯。食落個清湯真係好淡哈哈哈, 下次可以試下其他有味D嘅湯底。豬骨湯就正正常常。侍應會先上一碟特上牛, 一碟豚肉同雞肉, 食完之後就可以係座位用平板電腦再點, 好方便, 都上得好快。牛肉同豚肉都幾好食, 我地都加左幾次。但雞肉就一般, 可能佢本身都知自己唔係主打雞肉, 來貨唔係特別靚, 預左大家唔會食好多, 所以第一次上碟都係得幾舊。我地之後都冇再加點雞肉。其他配料, 沙律, 醬汁, 甜品, 飲品都係自助。配料有好多選擇, 而且有D特別嘅選擇, 例如南瓜年糕(不過麻麻地lol), 紫薯丸(呢個幾好食)。好多配料都唔錯。甜品都有幾多款式, 有大福, chocolate mousse, cheesecake, 雪糕等等。雪糕係用雪糕機自己唧出黎, 原本應該有三種味道, 但我地個陣

甜品都有幾多款式, 有大福, chocolate mousse, cheesecake, 雪糕等等。雪糕係用雪糕機自己唧出黎, 原本應該有三種味道, 但我地個陣得番牛奶味。不過牛奶味都好好食, 幾香濃!

服務都幾好, 上菜速度快, 而且會主動幫我地加湯。唯一美中不足係, 90分鐘食得太趕, 到最後係好chur咁拎甜品食。但呢個價錢又真係唔可以要求太多。
