To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友過開嚟銅鑼灣食晚飯，點知份量太少唔夠食，朋友搵到呢間出名嘅舖頭，就行去買咗兩串小食食吓填一填佢個肚🤭兩串都係平時佢唔會點嘅嘢，但見前面個客人點所以佢又想試吓喎😂牛柏葉同八爪魚，可以唔要辣，但朋友叫咗辣，點知意外地辣😂但朋友話辣得嚟又好食。我個人就麻麻地，覺得醬汁分離，牛柏葉同八爪魚都無咩味，口感都一般般。口味嘅嘢真係見仁見智😗想知好無食可能真係你自己試過先知喇😂
