To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得今日放假 去左拜下黃大仙呢排天氣開始熱 大家小心中暑飲多啲水呀拜完黃大仙決定食下素 因為天氣熱都唔太想食肉 而且最近決定少肉多菜係openrice比我搵到呢間「健康齋廚」聽個名都知係食中式齋 一於試下離黃大仙廟只係8分鐘 都好易行到去 由於鐘意食豆腐 所以叫左呢道「琵琶豆腐」(送白飯一碗)岀乎意料地好食喎感覺係一道好考功夫既菜有啲好似炸菜同菇粒 味道唔錯而且煮左個汁淋上去 食落一啲都唔熱氣當然唔少得食個菜啦因為太貪心 樣樣菜都想食 所以叫左個炒雜菜可以揀薑汁炒/ 腐乳炒 我地揀左腐乳菜好新鮮 清甜爽口 而且唔會好鹹 夠健康 下次黎開既話會再黎架另外仲加左碗湯 因為天氣實在太熱老火湯係粉葛湯 好好飲 感覺好清熱飲完好想再飲呀
