To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 應該有四年沒吃添好運了，突然好想念，就去了深水埗那間吃。他曾經是米其林一星，可惜一切已成往事，而往事也只能回味。這一次的到訪，真的實在太失望了。難以想像點心竟然是冷的。蝦餃的內餡和皮分離，內陷太重胡椒粉味。蘿蔔糕薄薄的，沒什麼事蘿蔔絲，表面也沒有煎得酥脆。鹹水角曾是我的最愛，可是這一次的皮太厚，餡料被廚師偷吃了嗎，裡頭只有少許的肉末和蘑菇。雪山菠蘿包還可以，外面是脆的，內陷也不會太鹹。糯米雞，雞就小小一塊，糯米就很多，若你想吃飽，這很可以，可是沒什麼味道。土魷肉餅蒸飯，飯是配角，可是份量很多，肉餅身為主角卻是薄薄的一層。淋點醬油，味道還可以。牛肉腸粉，規規矩矩，腸粉皮薄。桂花糕也沒什麼出色，不會太甜，沒什麼桂花味到。整體而言，我好失望。香港有太多更好吃的點心，我再也不會來。
