To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說附近一間新酒樓開張(潮家海鮮酒家啟晴村店)已經激到我地火到滾,於是去番大快活食一人一鍋入到門口,收銀姐姐的親切問候令人倍感窩心,因為已經好夜,等左5分鐘已經可以開始,幫手set爐果位姐姐好有禮貌食得啦!我地揀左咸菜湯,湯底好香,值得一讚!可惜牛肉同豚肉好似未解得切涷,略硬,配料亦都唔錯,特別一讚餃子,好香,最後嘅即食麪同紫菜簡直絕配!這餐超讚!(P.S.好過對面果間所謂酒樓不知幾多倍)

食得啦!我地揀左咸菜湯,湯底好香,值得一讚!
可惜牛肉同豚肉好似未解得切涷,略硬
,配料亦都唔錯,特別一讚餃子,好香
,最後嘅即食麪同紫菜簡直絕配!
