拉麵嘅湯底最重要就係夠濃郁,而且冇乜味精。成日見到呢間舖頭門口有好多人排隊,今次終於可以趁落雨冇人入去食多,食完之後就明點解有咁多人排隊嘅原因啦,因為真係好好食一定會再encore。首先櫻花蝦湯底,佢嘅香味非常濃郁,面我就揀咗偏硬,所以給吸晒啲湯本身嘅味道。另外佢仲有辣芽菜比你自己可以加入個面度。我朋友叫咗個豬骨湯底,濃嘅程度都好似平時食開沾麵個一樣,食得出係用咗豬骨熬左多個小時先有咁豐富嘅味道,我諗呢間下次再要排隊都應該會去食
