有位細個住上水嘅朋友仔話好掛住呢間由細食到大嘅冰室,就陪佢去重遊舊地兼陪食啦,叫咗幾樣嘢都幾ok🔸香草肉醬焗意粉食落發覺個肉醬比一般茶餐廳嘅滑,估計係一半豬一半牛去整,豬肉豬油會令到口感滑啲,而牛有肉味之餘又唔會有臊味👍🏻🔸煎西多士一食落有一陣好特別嘅香味😍😍😍呢個真係忍唔住問老闆係點整,原來係因為用咗香港本地新鮮嘅雞蛋整嘅,唔怪得之咁香咁好食!個多士仲要好軟好腍,我勁鐘意🥰🔸午餐炒滑蛋火腿牛油多士 併 叉燒通粉估唔到嘅係連個通粉都有驚喜!個通粉係最後先食,竟然仲keep到彈彈地,唔會腍到冇哂口感,個湯底又唔係死鹹,食完唔會口渴。朋友話呢個老闆唔整炸嘢,話係希望啲街坊帶啲小朋友過嚟食嘅時候可以食得健康啲,咁樣堅持14年嘅話都唔係咁容易,欣賞老闆!

估唔到嘅係連個通粉都有驚喜!個通粉係最後先食,竟然仲keep到彈彈地,唔會腍到冇哂口感,個湯底又唔係死鹹,食完唔會口渴。


朋友話呢個老闆唔整炸嘢,話係希望啲街坊帶啲小朋友過嚟食嘅時候可以食得健康啲,咁樣堅持14年嘅話都唔係咁容易,欣賞老闆!
