同老公興致勃勃想食串燒,但係心目中想食嗰間無位,所以行咗嚟厚福街見到呢間裝修唔錯就試吓。由於我哋冇book位,所以亦冇靚位坐,只係對住吧枱嘅一個角落,前面全部係酒樽。我哋覺得都唔緊要,只要嘢食好味就OK。我哋叫咗兩份omakase 串燒set, 一份鵝肝同一份牛舌,再加一支Riesling。另外仲有每人一份嘅錢財菜,店員放低冇介紹,我亦唔記得影相,所以唔記得係咩嚟。我印象中係仲有一碟秋葵,燒鰻魚但係我唔記得影相,因為真係食到好冇心機。碟秋葵其實都係用水煮完再燒下個表面,我唔明點解食串燒咁多樣嘢都係用水煮,究竟係人手唔夠定係一向嘅作風?我哋叫嗰支白酒其實我都睇住佢喺個酒櫃度拎出嚟嘅,不過飲落口其實根本唔符合白酒應有嘅溫度,原本個店員仲諗住就咁放喺枱面俾我哋,但我哋叫佢再說一說佢就加咗個冰桶俾我哋,間餐廳服務其實正常,只係食物質素同個環境唔係好夾,有少少期望過高,所以都幾失望。
