To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 和媽媽去完圖書館後,便準備去Pizza Land買外賣,但我們又忽然間好肚餓,所以先到大快活吃一個下午茶,然後才去Pizza Land買外賣。我叫了:雪菜肉絲煎蛋陪上海幼麵-好難吃!d麵好淋,好似糊,而且又少湯,被麵索曬D湯!而且服務又麻麻,叫佢給多些味粉,佢地又話:米粉就可以,但上海幼麵就不行!其實上海幼麵和米粉都是同一個湯底,為什麼不行呢?真奇怪,而且我叫雪菜肉絲雞蛋而不是午餐肉,咁都會給錯,唔看單就給顧客,離譜!為何差了許多?
