To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

叫咗個七盛合天婦羅，第一次食天婦羅可以炸完都可以林，忍唔住要lur 番啲皮出嚟！已經$248散叫，點解可以咁差？仲要係星期日兩點幾非繁忙時間叫餐，理應唔使趕住？ 仲有天婦羅配蘿蔔蓉唔係應該正常配搭？剩係得個汁，問佢攞，個侍應答你要我就俾你？另外和牛烏冬尚算正常，$162，無難度菜色。純粹就係一個烏冬加幾片和牛再加啲菇。侍應姐姐又好似人傻下傻下咁，永遠上菜係擺喺隔籬枱（兩張枱拍埋），執空個枱面都係擺喺隔籬？已經係非法和時間，上菜前仲可以話係咪自己上錯？
