To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去中環翠亨邨飲茶,之前睇咗OpenRice啲人嘅富平,諗住百年老店唔會咁差掛。點知我飲完之後發現係成世人飲過最難飲嘅茶,啲點心好難食好鹹,好油,食完個胃好唔舒服個口好鞋。真係冇諗過翠亨邨啲質素可以搞成咁。入咗我黑名單以後唔會去。我哋叫咗普通點心仲有魚湯泡飯,啲蝦餃個皮好厚,鳳爪咸得好緊要,個春卷油到嚇死人呀。諗住普通點心姐,點可以做到咁難食。真係普通嗰啲點心外賣店都好食過佢。係個叉燒同魚湯泡飯好啲。
