喺大圍開嘅時候已經bookmark 咗呢間主打湯麵嘅舖頭,而家喺銅鑼灣都有分店,港島人表示終於有我份啦🫶🏻店主用逾廿年法菜經驗,融合西式和中式烹調手法,以優質食材設計出各款唔同嘅湯麵。一路都好受歡迎仲得到米芝芝推介今次挑戰咗「好頭好尾」🐮用咗牛骨湯配搭川味和牛面頰肉,法式燜牛尾同埋燉牛舌,湯味濃郁而唔會太鹹,牛肉燉得入口即化,好食~但個人心水必須係「棉花雞」🐣用上日本地雞肉,魚肚,花菇,雲腿絲,湯味鮮甜仲帶點微微膠,同時唔肥膩可以成碗飲曬吖。而且最正係個魚肚軟淋淋索曬湯~扁陽春麵麵質滑又索湯,整體配合得好好,希望下次嚟可以試埋其他款式🤤
