To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好食下午茶

今日難得放早，拿拿聲趕去百分百嘆個下午茶。2:30去到，估唔到都有咁多人等位，諗住走人去其他餐廳，但最後都堅持等一陣。等咗15分鐘度，終於有得入座了。餐牌都唔使睇，立即叫我嘅最愛—迷你無骨霸王雞飯配碗仔翅同凍檸茶。除咗雞好嫩好滑之外，佢最吸引其實係個香蔥甜豉油汁。佢蔥嘅份量好多，甜豉油爆得好香，飯嘅軟硬度亦啱啱好，加埋一齊食真係一流。食咗咁多次，好似真係從未令我失望過。咁啱我坐係望住廚房嗰個位，我見到好多食客都係叫同一個餐。而佢嘅碗仔翅的確係好足料，唔會水汪汪，每一啖都充滿住啲肉絲、木耳等材料，加埋啲麻油同紅醋嘅香味，真係食到舔舔脷。另一樣我好欣賞嘅係佢杯凍檸茶。佢係成個檸檬連皮拎去榨的，所以你只會見到啲檸檬碎而唔會係檸檬片，檸檬味好香好濃，茶味同甜味都剛剛好。唯一少少挑剔位係我叫咗少冰，但啲冰仍然好多。（食到一半先記得影相📸️）

另一樣我好欣賞嘅係佢杯凍檸茶
