To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

佢哋嘅麻辣米線，依然係咁好味！每次都係想食呢個，辣度剛好，米線滑溜，啖啖都好入味，真係好滿足。仲有土匪雞翼，嘩，真係好香！每一口都係滿滿嘅味道，外脆內嫩，食完真係唔夠。飲咗一杯凍檸茶，清爽又解渴，搭配米線真係一流。不過，呢間分店有個問題就係長期缺乏員工，午市時間人手真係好緊絀。每次去到，等位都要等一陣，食一碗米線竟然要等40分鐘，真係有啲耐性考驗。不過，食物質素好，值得等。總體嚟講，譚仔米線依然係我心目中嘅好去處，雖然等嘢食有啲耐，但食物真係好好食，值得一試。如果你鍾意麻辣味，真係唔好錯過呢個地方！希望佢哋可以改善人手問題，咁就更加完美啦！
