To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇入屯門,入到去就試下很有名的三聖邨海鮮。首先到關財記選材料,全條街佢最多人。之後去左青山灣漁港。食左兩隻龍蝦(芝士脆皮),西蘭花班球(大魚新鮮劏買左1斤),蟶子皇8隻,脆皮鮑魚4飯,咕嚕肉一碟,兩個白飯。龍蝦好膩,芝士和肉好容易分開。一般。還是普通芝士焗好。西蘭花班球,魚肉新鮮彈牙,好食。蟶子皇,咕嚕肉無咩特別。ok啦。最好食是鮑魚,炸得好食唔乾又彈牙。都預左貴,但$1,650(關財記800,酒樓850)兩大兩細有點過吧。
