To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同bb睇奧運睇到一半就落黎呢度食sushi~我地慳住係, 叫左個元氣卷, 紅牡丹蝦刺身, 炸公魚, 鴨胸壽司, 煙3文魚壽司同帶子壽司~首先係個元氣卷, 外面有我最鍾意食既3文魚, 裡面有脆脆地既炸物加沙律醬~ i love it~之後係個蝦刺身, 超正呀, $26 有5隻~ 又甜又新鮮~ 勁多蝦子, 真係好嫩好滑架!!!!!bb特登留多d比我食呀~ 炸公魚好似多春魚咁, 不過少d骨, 熱食都好味架~ 仲好大碟添!個鴨胸望落去普通, 點知甜甜地又有煙燻胡椒味~ 煙salmon同帶子其實都好鮮好味, 不過相對落黎就冇咁特別了!同bb一齊食野好hapi, 一邊食一邊玩~ kekekeeeee最開心都係我地有cash coupon!! 好味呀~~~
