To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好耐之前已經試過呢間中環川菜餐廳瘋狂小面，今日再去依然寶刀未老。舖頭以棗紅色同深啡色作為主調，設計傳統又地道。套餐價$103包曬主菜、小菜、飲品同甜品，超級抵食。紅湯瘋狂牛肉麵麵底高質、彈牙爽口，牛肉又嫩又多汁。btw湯底都幾夠辣，唔食得辣嘅朋友記得揀返小辣。凍柑桔檸檬蒜泥青瓜青瓜清爽涼快，加埋蒜香，攞嚟配熱辣辣嘅牛肉麵咁食真係一流。成都老冰粉又滑又甜嘅透明冰粉，賣相晶瑩剔透，口感柔滑，好食又解辣。
