To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和朋友下班後來這間店試試。店鋪不算很大，但坐得還是挺舒服的。我們點了這裡最出名的即叫即炸椒鹽豬扒炒飯和椒鹽栗米。這裡的職員非常友善，由於地區問題，不時幫客人看風，看看有沒有人過來抄客人的車牌。椒鹽猪扒炒饭：一送上來時就有很濃的椒鹽香味，十分誘人。豬扒炸得鬆脆，炒飯乾身且有鑊氣，份量很大，足夠兩人食用。椒鹽栗米：新鮮的栗米，鮮甜多汁，加上椒鹽後風味十足，非常推薦。整體來說性價比高，野食美味，不錯既用餐體驗。
