To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2007年9月22日,快樂。這天晚上來了鯉魚門, 這是一餐\免費海鮮宴,心情也特別興奮啊!!白灼海生蝦: 新鮮又大隻。金湯蟹肉碗仔翅:最不好吃的一個菜。芝士焗龍蝦伊麵底:芝士好味,龍蝦新鮮,伊麵較乾,但我OK喎。果皮蒸鮮鮑魚:鮑魚好大隻呀,好新鮮和彈牙。蒜蓉蒸元貝:元貝比較小,但很鮮甜。椒鹽焗鮮尤:麻麻地,粉多。菠蘿咕嚕肉:汁的味道合格,但咕嚕肉有D都係粉多。清蒸海石斑:有D部分很嫩滑。中規中矩。金牌鹽焗雞:幾好味喎,滑而不鹹。魚湯浸時蔬:菜芯好脆。好味。瑤柱蛋白炒飯:我本來不喜歡吃炒飯,但這裏炒得很好吃,飯炒得一點都不油,瑤柱味勁香。桂花糕:糕身太軟,像喱。合時果盤:細了點?太好吃?。我沒有機會吃而被吃光了。
