To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 依間酒樓由於服務欠佳，好耐都冇去過啦。今次再嚟發覺啲食物好食咗，以天水圍酒樓來講呢間都算抵食。午市特價迷你粉麵飯，價錢減半，但份量依然大大碟，抵食！蝦餃，燒賣都好食。座位編配都好咗，多咗二至四人枱，入座時間都快咗。見二人都唔使搭枱，而家好少酒樓咁做了。但係服務依然欠佳，大部份員工都遊手好閑，愛理不理。水壺冇水，好耐才有人換水，普遍行過都當睇唔到。又見好多客叫人都當聽唔到，行過就算。如果啲服務個個好似男店長同金俞咁，依間酒樓絕對值得幫襯。另外佢哋個apps落單就神神化化。經常亂跳同出2件要小心落單。好處係可以即時check住啲落單同價錢。
