To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. About Reward Scheme
舊時中學住天水圍，約埋成班中學同學食飯，搵番天水圍就近大家方便，一行6人。店舖位於酒店1樓 但同商場通連，所以我地由商場入口進入，場內環境係長條形，還好不算太老舊，但同地址標為酒店期望上有少少落差，但不過不失的。酒店進的門面其實係靚的天花裝飾掛了好多白色波波，在裝修上其實見到有花過心思，但相信保養得比較不佳。容器及用具沒有太整潔，用茶洗洗勉強湊用還好，菜單價位跟民生酒家差不多 所以唔要求太高了💬 某些大品牌連鎖式差不多的心態吧因為大家都唔打算食太多，所以大概叫了7道小菜，真正嘅評價於此啦宮保雞丁像是沒有調味，同想像中出入都好大… 似家庭主婦餸…薯仔牛柳沒有鑊氣，汁掛不上，又係似屋企煮一樣… 菜料算新鮮搭救..小炒王呢度菜好講功架同鑊氣，但呢道可以話完全無，以為用電磁爐煮食，真係唔應該係酒家或小炒館嘅出品…醬燒雞呢道菜算係相對正常，雞肉稱不上嫩，但絕不鞋口，正常發揮

一上菜見到碟蝦餃皮爛晒🙂↕️見到都唔開胃咁基本嘅菜式都做到咁樣如果唔係近都唔過嚟食腸粉皮都未蒸熟，入面啲皮好黏滑係滑嘅，但係可以再蒸熟啲其他菜式就還好有待改善

很少很少寫差評，幾個員工服務態度極其惡劣,好似欠咗佢哋成家一樣,貼錢買難受,簡直不知所謂。胡亂入單,明明只叫老鼠班,被改成加多一條東星斑,好彩及時發現,否則被劏到成頸血！！

依間酒樓由於服務欠佳，好耐都冇去過啦。今次再嚟發覺啲食物好食咗，以天水圍酒樓來講呢間都算抵食。午市特價迷你粉麵飯，價錢減半，但份量依然大大碟，抵食！蝦餃，燒賣都好食。座位編配都好咗，多咗二至四人枱，入座時間都快咗。見二人都唔使搭枱，而家好少酒樓咁做了。但係服務依然欠佳，大部份員工都遊手好閑，愛理不理。水壺冇水，好耐才有人換水，普遍行過都當睇唔到。又見好多客叫人都當聽唔到，行過就算。如果啲服務個個好似男店長同金俞咁，依間酒樓絕對值得幫襯。另外佢哋個apps落單就神神化化。經常亂跳同出2件要小心落單。好處係可以即時check住啲落單同價錢。

我和家人到這裡飲茶，可能肚餓關係沒留意午市特價紙，吃了特價点心，蒸魚頭沒刨鱗、又腥吃不落口，其它点心還可以，到埋單先發覺特價仲貴過正價，跟收銀理論她還說你自己沒睇清楚，找店長，知客又說他不在，真的投訴無門，吃下一肚氣飽了，以後可以不去這裏飲茶，真不知還有多少陷阱收費
