Just look at the beef marbling, something that you’d love to see in beef. It means tenderness, and yes! It melted in my mouth. One of the best parts of this is that you get to cook your own beef - rare or well done, just enjoy the fun 🤩 That is why I can make it crispy on the outside, and succulent and tender on the inside. Not a bad cook, eh?
