To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五同班同事去食,唔知去邊間食好,因之前去過其它海鮮檔揀海鮮介紹的酒家好唔掂.所以上嚟開飯睇下有冇好介紹,睇到好多人推介快樂,就打去訂位,仲去佢介紹的海鲜檔揀海鲜唔好睇佢海鮮檔冇出邊咁齊,可能我哋太夜去,但啲嘢好新鲜,老闆仲好老實.值得推介有芝士焗龍蝦伊麵底超正,豉椒炒聖子王超正,椒賴尿蝦超正,蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝,蛋白花雕蒸麵包蟹:如果用其它蟹整會好D,送的木瓜魚湯超正.下次一定會再去.
