新加坡菜通常都令人聯想起熟食市場嘅嘢食，今次我個朋友話帶我去食新加坡菜嘅fine dine，我已經覺得好好奇，即管試吓啦，然之後發現超級有驚喜！呢間餐廳喺中環，唔使講，環境一定超級好啦，懷舊得來唔會有老土嘅感覺，因為運用咗好多線條，令到成個環境都有d modern vibe，店員每一個都好好禮貌，又好笑容。今次食咗佢哋嘅tasting menu，幾樣令到我最深刻嘅，就係黑果法式麵包，呢個麵包應該係我食過最好口感嘅！外脆內軟，口感好creamy。另外個咖哩laksa面都超有驚喜，首先視覺上已經係一個衝擊，同平時食嘅叻沙麵完全唔一樣！呢個有有鮑魚同魷魚，好有鮮味，加埋蝦米又多左層次感，另外每一條麵都十分之掛汁，好好食。最後一樣令我食完第一啖就wow一聲，就係呢碟鯖魚sashimi，乳清醬令到個味道好balanced，加埋本地草莓有微甜，草豌豆又加d crunch，好正！
