Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 哈哈哈…….有一日到了上環一帶去揾朋友之際時,佢話柏廷坊有間法國餐廳,,,同佢傾開先知laparole係一間咁有意思既餐廳,部份金錢會幫d語言有障礙既小朋友。隨即就同朋友去試下,去到等左一陣就有得坐,兩人睇一睇就決定到食乜。鮮大蝦pasta------賣相不錯…d蝦新鮮可口,醬汁更帶出蝦既鮮味。牛柳配法國松露紅酒汁,貴格松露,鬆軟既牛柳放在紅酒汁上,配有薯條既襯托,極之美味!!!至於甜品方面,就係apple tart啦,平時都中意食apple tart,嚟到既時候第一時間就覺得賣相唔係話特別出眾,不過食落口就另一回事,一口雪糕,一口tart, yummy!!整體而言,食物都感滿意,加上餐廳簡約設計既環境,令食客感到滿足。就係咁食咗一個口感滿足既晚餐!!
