主打潮式打冷的餐廳印象中買小見小,今天跟友人行寶琳,在新都城二期見到這間潮式餐廳,於是入去試下。由於是平日的關係,人流不算多,只有幾台客。餐廳都算大間,有中式的擺設,而且有些燈籠掛在近門口上方令節日氣氛更濃。滷水獅頭鵝肉滷水獅頭鵝肉比我預期大份,待應送上來時已經有陣陣的滷水香味。說到鵝肉呢,入口香軟滑溜,鹵水入味而不過鹹,滷水甘香多層次,香料味道濃郁。而鵝肉下面是豆腐,沾一點點滷水汁送飯一流。蠔仔烙蠔仔烙大大份,尺吋足足有8吋大,細心地切成8細份,方便享用。蠔仔烙將新鮮的蠔仔肉混合蛋液,,煎至表面金黃香脆,新鮮即煮,上台時還是熱辡辡的。內裡的材料十分豐富,啖啖蠔肉,十分鮮甜味美,加上蔥花提升口感,整體非常好味。我們一下子就將整碟蠔仔烙KO,充滿飽肚感, 十分推介!欖菜肉碎四季豆餐廳提供的蔬菜類大多是淨蔬菜的,所以我們選了這道肉碎炒四季豆,是充滿咸香的一道菜。四季豆十分鮮甜,切成一段段,新鮮爽脆,混合豬肉碎落穫炒香,肉醉帶來香味及增加層次感,非常滿足。

滷水獅頭鵝肉
