To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 你有冇朋友介紹過話渡船街呢一間老趙係一間好懷舊嘅牛肉湯粉,好好味嘅餐廳,於是有一日我放假就決定過嚟試一試,由於我自己一個人,所以我就唔可以食太多款,我就揀咗特色牛肉湯河,飲第一啖湯,我當然唔會加其他醬汁,飲落去係一個好新鮮香濃,而旦感覺咬咗好耐嘅湯底,而且而不斷想繼續飲落去,呢個湯底係我覺得香港最好食嘅牛肉湯河,感覺一啲都唔油膩,而旦感覺可以飲得落肚嘅湯底,真係好少見,同埋我自己叫咗一個蟹肉焗蛋金磚,佢好似好特別,因為細細舊,因為一個人食咗碗牛肉湯已經好飽,但係又想食多一樣嘢,咁就揀咗呢一個,佢裏面比較企身,啲雞蛋做得唔會散修修,正正方方咁樣,不過個味道就好清淡,所以本人認為一般般,不過鍾意食湯河嘅人,一定要來
