To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都知道添好運都好出名,但一直都沒有機會品嚐,反而朋友已經食過無數次,有次傾開,才知道我竟然沒有食過這間,馬上約我一起去飲茶。添好運的點心的味道。杞子糕我自已好喜歡杞子糕,食下去味道清涼,還有一點涼意,加上原粒杞子,也有助明目。芋頭酥看到重點推介,也會品嚐一下,外脆內有芋頭,幾香脆可口,難怪是重點推介。鯪魚球覺得味道略為淡了一點,但食下去不會覺得腥,加上都幾大粒。價錢親民,份量十足,難怪有口碑,而且食物的水準都相當不俗,有機會再會光顧。
