To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去咗銅鑼灣食飯,係8號風球前夕最後一個喺出邊食飯嘅時刻, 我哋揀咗蒸氣海鮮,因為身體處於啱啱復原狀態,所以食吓啲蒸嘅嘢好過食煎炸嘢。蒸氣海鮮,當然係其中一個最好嘅選擇啦,因為可以補充蛋白質。我哋嗌咗一個$500樓下嘅套餐,但已經有蟹,有龍蝦,同埋有帶子蟶子等。其實呢間嘢嘅質素一直都好高,特別係佢嘅蟹真係非常之肥美,因為聽佢老闆話喺菲律賓進口。另外一位朋友興致勃勃,嗌咗一支純米原酒,然後同我大講清酒嘅原理,識得品嚐後,喺日本清酒嘅襯托下食海鮮令人感覺更加relax.
