To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六同屋企人飲茶。家母最鐘意黎依到食番個燉蛋。佢嘅燉蛋係大大個嘅椰青燉燕窩。蛋白非常之滑，仲有清香嘅椰青味。份量亦都十分大，真係食完一個到飽飽地。另外仲叫左賽螃蟹伊麵，鮑汁鳳爪，鮮竹卷，素粉果。全部都唔錯。特別係鳳爪，個汁真係有濃濃嘅鮑魚味，而唔係蠔油味。七十蚊有十隻鳳爪，仲有冬菇片，唔錯！賽螃蟹伊麵好似平時訓練嘅質素。入面嘅帶子亦都好鮮味。唯一唔好嘅就係服務麻麻地。侍應成日圍爐傾偈。啲枱冇人執。出邊又等晒位。
